Pre-Order Guidelines

Pre-orders must be placed at least 1 month before your pickup date.

We are unable to accept pre-orders within 1 month of pickup.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for all pre-orders. Orders can be placed by phone or in person with an appointment.

Stem counts are approximate, so we recommend ordering a few extra stems if your design requires an exact quantity.

Flowers not listed on our pre-order availability may be added to our Wish List.

While we will do our best to source Wish List items, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Pre-order and Wish List items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
